Failing to start or continue a project for 6 months.
Coming to the appointment under the influence of drugs or alcohol or any impairment causing the artist to be unable to tattoo affected client.
Deposits will only be used on the LAST session of the tattoo.
Ariel’s tattoo appointments are a minimum of 3 hrs. If you choose to not sit, you will still be charged for the full 3 hrs. Final sessions or smaller tattoos may have a shorter tattoo time and thus do not apply as long as they are finished in 1 session.
Rates stated during the consultation will be honored and valid as long as such client gets tattooed once every 3 months per project.
VALID IDs must be present at the time of your appointment in order to be tattooed. If you arrive for your appointment WITHOUT proper ID, you will NOT be tattooed, and your deposit will be forfeited. You will be required to leave another deposit to reschedule a new appointment.
For clients scheduling large projects, we request that you book a minimum of one full day appointment every other month, or two consecutive full days every four months. Failure to adhere to this scheduling guideline will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to schedule future appointments. However, we understand that certain circumstances, such as serious illness or pregnancy, may warrant exemptions at the artist's discretion.
